Due to this week being spring break, things are moving slower than usual. We still have access to everything and are working to ensure all queries are responded to within 3-4 days. Things will return back to < 48 hours for technical issues starting next Monday. Billing queries are still for the most part 1-2 days even during these times as those are quick to resolve.
Please do note that new orders and renewals are processed automatically so you can continue to order and pay at your leisure. Upgrades for VPS and web hosting products can also be done automatically by the system so there is no need to contact us and you are not impacted.
